Step 2: Introductions and getting to know each other
After signing up I will send you some questions that will help me understand your goals,
challenges, lifestyle, training and nutrition preferences, and current habits.
This guarantees that everything is personalized for you. No cookie-cutter programs and plans. This is 100% customized.
Step 3: Schedule a meet and greet with me.
You'll also have the opportunity to schedule a free one on one call with me. This gives us a chance to review your training and nutrition program together and make any adjustments together.
A little phone shy? That's cool. The call is totally optional.
Step 4: Daily support and accountability
Never feel lost or like you're doing this on your own. I'll be reaching out multiple times during the week to check in on how you're doing. You will also have the ability to contact me at any time to ask questions and get extra support.
Step 5: Make progress and start feeling in control of your health
Within a few weeks, you'll begin to recognize physical, mental, and behavior changes that you never thought possible. For the first time, you'll feel fully confident and in control of your health and fitness.
